A distinguished culinary experience rooted in Guerrero, guided by California
We opened a Mexican casita for San Francisco, built with love. This is the city where we chose to make their home, and that’s why it matters so much to share it with everyone.
Our restaurant’s name is a love letter to Laura’s mother, Isabel, and her sister, María, and to the Acapulco nights that still live in her: “Acuérdate de aquellas noches en Acapulco… María Bonita, María del Alma.”
Here, you’ll taste Laura’s upbringing in Acapulco, with family roots in Guerrero and Sinaloa, along with heirloom corn from Oaxaca, chocolate from Chiapas, single-barrel mezcals, beautiful produce from our local farmers, and seafood from the California coast, right here in San Francisco.
